We are so proud to release our inaugural Social Impact Report for our first year of operating (March 2022- Feb 2023)

Here are some key insights; itโ€™s time to rethink recruitment :

๐Ÿ”Š 74% of employees have the wrong skills for the jobs they are currently in.

๐Ÿ”Š Job seekers utilising Clu are retained at organisations at double the rate of the industry average (88% vs 43%).

๐Ÿ”Š More than 10,000 job seekers are engaged through Clu with over 6,750 of those with successful outcomes. Out of those, 38.8% identify as female, 13.6% as non-binary, 18.3% as disabled and 6.9% as neurodiverse.

๐Ÿ”Š Employers are seeing an average of 60% application to interview rate when using Clu.
